I drove there, so I was impressed that security guards patrolled the different levels of the car park. I like the room design — very smart of the interior designer to have a compartmentalised shower, a separate toilet, and the basin in the bedroom. The hotel's location is great, with all the shopping malls within walking distance. Also, the duty manager acted efficiently when smoke was detected in the children's room (2004); she took responsibility on the spot and offered another room so my kids could sleep smoke-free. That impressed me.”
